Keywords and their Significance to Google

Hello,

My website is GamersThrone and when I look at my Webmaster Tools dashboard it shows the top 5 keywords by significance. My top 5 keywords, according to Google, are:

points
game
level
xbox
gamersthrone

The two keywords "points" and "level" are specifically the two that are bothering me. If you browse my forum you'll notice the following besides every post:

And I am assuming this is exactly why the two keywords "points" and "level" are showing up in the top 5 keywords list. Obviously, this is unfavorable. The keyword "video" isn't even in the top 5! Right now it's 9th.

So anyway, does anyone have any suggestions on how I can make "points" and "level" disappear from this top list of keywords? They are not significant, but Google thinks they are!
