    i just installed this 4 days ago, though i had a similar add-on for 3.x a year a go and it had really good results unfortunately the add-on had problems in some search results and any visitor that comes from google has a vb database error.
    any way once i saw this i installed it directly because it really did have a positive effect for my forum a year ago

    On every page i try to access, i know it's not a conflict with vbseo because i can still access the vbseocp by going directly to forums/vbseocp.php and i've tried turning vbseo off and i get the same errors,

    i can;t do anything now
    Thanks to the other members here for suggesting some solutions to this - as I mentioned over on vb.org its not an incompatibility with vbseo - I run both side by side on my own board with no problems at all - although I do want to know which plugin it is incompatible with so that I can work on a solution so that nobody else has this issue.

    my board SEO Forum | SEO Tools | SEO Blog & SEO Marketplace! @ seoforums.org is the one with both installed, living quite happily together in harmony

    MOGMartin,

    Per your recommendation I removed old install and re-installed using your new V 1.07. In the Plugins & Products Manager the version shows for SEOforums.org Fuzzy SEO Booster RC2 is 1.1

    Also, I didn't notice any change with the upgrade.

    Thanks for quoting that out woostar. I think that is the reason why I am going to delete this hack. I thought it was great but now I notice it can be used against my forum to either advertise or used in the wrong way. If he can implement some type of filter for this then I will reconsider installing it again in the future but for now I am taking it off my site.

    This is the google search I just did

    Actually looking at the code, it's worse than that.

    http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&ct=res&cd=2&ved=0CBAQFjAB&url= http%3A%2F%2Fseoforums.org%2F&rct=j&q=put+anything +here+and+have+it+displayed+on+their+frontpage!&ei =WL5yS5eKI8SOjAfp7vnICw&usg=AFQjCNGpzGKh2vF1sJklbx 1iFhhT2LDaSg&sig2=QvzJTqywYAtcV6X5tqxCuQ

    It doesn't actually have to be in the serps. You can just engineer a URL to post anything you want to their frontpage.

    q=put+anything+here+and+have+it+displayed+on+their +frontpage!

    I'm going to keep my eye on this - one immediate problem I see is constant extra queries. Is a new query added to every thread page load? Any way that can be cached?

    Well i've tested it out for a month and i've found that my indexed pages in google have gone from 45,721 to 8,947, 1 month after installing this mod... i'm not 100% sure if this mod is the reason as it happened a few days after i upgraded to vb 4.0.2, so it could possibly have been sopmething to do with that

    it cant possibly be anything to do with this mod as it has nothing to do with the page url, site structure etc. therefore its not got any bearing on your problem.

    FYI: its installed on 5000+ wordpress sites and around 400 vBulletin forums, and this is the first time anybody has ever mentioned a decrease in indexed pages - so I think you need to look at other reasons why your sites getting smacked out of the index. Perhaps post details over at my seo forum and I and the other members can take a look for you?

    cheers
