I have VBSEO 3.5.2 but no gravity

I sent in a ticket and got a totally unrelated response, they didnt even mention gravity

Listen up please. When did you release gravity available as a download to all those who had purchased vbseo

That is what I want to know..

Actually I just found it.

Gravity Insights Premium, a $99 value, FREE for vBSEO customers!

You released it on September 20th, 2010 to everyone who was a paid owner of vbseo

Well my licence expired on the 23rd of september , 2010

So i should be allowed to have this gravity, for some reason the guy in support doesnt even mention about gravity he just reminds me to renew..

Come on guys, show some integrity here When you released it I had not expired so I should have access to gravity

Like I could understand if you released it after I had expired that I would be required to renew to get it, but you released it Before i expired, i just never got to get it within the 3 days

Please honor the fact that I fell under the timeframe of its release

I cant believe how bloody petty you guys are

My licence was active on the 20th of september when you released gravity. It expired on 23rd. Just because I never got around to downloading gravity in that 3 day window. Your going to ding me for it.

If you do that I wont be buying any more upgrades from you, and you will lose a customer.

If this was my business I would honor this request because I would be able to clearly see that my licence EXPIRED 3 days after you released gravity. Meaning I was eligible and allowed to download it.

Pisses me off that you are such money pinchers that you dont take care of your customers who have renewed many times

I have received a reply from support via their ticket system and it was one that basically said

We aint giving you gravity, even if we did release it when your licence was active. As I explained here

This is a simple case of a company letting down a customer, wishing to squeeze out as much as they can without saying.. you know what...

This guy has been with us for a long time has always renewed and he was active when we released gravity. No he didnt have chance to get it in time but we will honor it and give him it. Nope.. instead its.. You pay us more money. I wil be dammed if i will continue to renew my licence when you guys wont even honor what I have mentioned here Vbseo - how they let a customer down review
