Unhappy I got a good one!

Ok, lets see if any of you guys figure this one out?
My site has been live since september 06, I followed google guidelines etc etc, and installed Vbseo.
I was indexed by Yahoo, msn and other SE but not by google.
I see in google webmaster tools that I have a PR2 , I can see last time googlebot accessed my site and cache and date of the site.
I submitted sitemaps and they are OK.
If google assigned me PR why is it that I cant even see my domain when I search for it on google?
    Its like Im non existent.
I recently (3 weeks ago) purchased another domain which I set up as a test (locked) site, this was spidered and domain was indexed.....whats going on here?
I tried getting answers from google but nothing.
Im working on getting more backlinks..... but Im afraid this can backfire.
    My site is in signature.
    Thank you for any advice/help.
    Joe

I am running VBSEO straight out of the box.... the only thing I inserted was the code for google "analytics".
I read the suggestions not to make changes...or not to make frequent changes, I opted not to touch it at all.
No other SEO products have been used, and no changes made.
    Thanks again

Well you don't have much content yet and your theme is very general. However, Google has approved you for AdSense. I would just give it some more time.

For now I'd recommend trying to set your Permalink options in your vBSEO Control Panel (vbseocp.php) to:

Replace post number link with Permalink

    I prefer this option personally.

    Ok... made the change.
The only thing I can think of at this point, other than more time, is maybe the previous owner of my domain was sandboxed by google?
Dont know?... is there a site where you can determine if a domain is on google's good side?

Maybe you could try submitting a re-inclusion request.

I think I'll try that and explain my theory.
I mean I dont expect to be indexed on first page and such, but my domain not being indexed at all is really odd.
I'll hopefully let you guys know whats going on, just in case this happens to someone else.
