    you can use a template conditional to only show to members.

    <if condition="$show['member']> code here </if>

    'newpost' doesn't exist for guests anyway... i would probably not show that to guests/bots.

    you should also move the style into the style of your theme in the custom blcok at the bottom, and move the javascript into it's own file, and call it in headinclude template so that it's cached on page load, and not in the markup.

    its a long shot. but make a custom page, with just the top bar information. then block it from search engines disallow the php file, then just call it within the header??

    You could also have the code in your footer and use absolute position to display it at the top of the page possibly. Then it wouldn't be the first thing the search engine sees.

    Do you mean?:-

    Code:
     <if condition="$show['spider']">
    // Bots can see this
    <else />
    // Bots can't see this
    </if>
