I see that people are posting that hey went from xx amount of indexs to xxxx amount.
how are people checking this? I have google analytics and I dont see that. and when I hit search engines on analytics I have only have google? is vbseo working as intended?
and can i check indexes there or through vbseo?

usually they run a site:yourdomain.com into google search. it's not accurate though

At best, it can give you a general trend. Expect fluctuations in the reported number and do not be alarmed, but the number should trend upwards over time.
