Solved.
I am using the following
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^mummysg.com$ [OR]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.mummysg.com$
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.mummysg.com/forums/$1 [R=301,L]
