How to show old thread and posts

I have already posted this my problem on vbulletin community but maybe someone here have already solved this problem, my community is 3 years old and my problem is that i can't see the threads started in the years 2007, 2008, 2009 but only the threads about 2010 how can i solve it to show all threads?

Forum manager -> edit forum -> thread cut off

make sure its set to 'show all threads' or 'show threads from the beginning' (i forget which it is called)
