how to put copyright text on a background?

Hello everyone
I hope i post this in the right place .
Please have a look at my forum bottom to understand
Bonus Paradise Gambling Forum

there you see the copright text
and as you see I do use an image as background
and if this lighter blue from background image is then there where copyright text is
they text is hard to read and i worry maybe google would see this as hidden text which is not allowed as I heard.

For now its ok
but If i add then more forums its moving down
and then i will be hard to see.

Is there a way to have this copyright text on a dark color?

I then always have to check if the forum grows
if the copyright is to view.

the best would be to have the copyright text still a bit more up.
right under the time and above the footer links
where all is in one color
I have seen this on another forum
just no idea how to do that

I used your color code too
due I had it in blue fonts before
now I have them in grey
which looks much better.

so now I learned that too, lol
