Preferably, do not use Flash intro pages. Use Flash sparingly throughout your site, particularly as permanent elements of your site template. And ensure that any content in the Flash movies is presented elsewhere as text, especially the links.

add META tags on the flash page. I believe you can also embed text in flash now.
