Is there are general SEO rule on this? For instance, I have a page on my site that has an H1, H2, and multiple H3's. It is my articles page where I list each columnist by name and title, then below I have their articles listed under their name.

Should I remove the h3 tags and just bold the names, or is mutiple h3's a good idea?
