how long will it take to remove duplicate content

I have installed a 301 redirect to choose only non-www version of my website and i was wondering how long will it take for google and other search engine to remove the duplicate content.

You have not a duplicate content Since you are use vBSEO with your forum start so you will not have a duplicate content
301 Redirect is not make duplicate content but you can say how long it will take for Re-Indexing my old URLs in Google

It take in my forum 2 weeks with 70,000 URL in Google
