How Long Before It Begins To Have An Impact?

Installed the plugin two days ago and am wondering when I will start to see an impact on my forum?

anywhere from an hour to 2 months.

Most the time, a little action happens in the first week, and then week 2 and 3 are movers and shakers, and then week 4-6 are settling.

Of course, it's entirely up to google to do what they want to do and at their pace, so it's only an estimate at best.
