How to install vbseo ?

I need some help on how to install it, I've dl the latest version on my pc but don't know what to do after that.

Download vBSEO 3.0.0
vBSEO 3.0.0 Gold - ionCube version
vBSEO 3.0.0 Gold - Zend version

Please first download test script from Downloads area and upload it to your server. Locate test.php within your browser (domain.com/test.php) and find out which version of vBSEO is suitable for your server.
