How to get the title of the post as my URL?

Hi Everyone.
I have installed vBSEO 3.6.0 and i need to found out how i can do the title below:

Can anyone tell me how to get the title of the post as my URL?
this is what i need: URL forums.wfreedom.com/[forum title]/[thread title]
so can anybody tell me how to do this please.

Thread id is required in thread url rewrites.

Could you please explain it to me in another way.

You can't have thread url rewrites without threadid. I am sorry but there is not much to be explained here.

[thread title] cannot be used alone.

try instead,
[thread_title]-[thread_id]/

or some variation similar.

Ok, now I'm in vBSEO control panel. Can you tell me exactly where to go and where to make changes in order to make this work ?

Please head over to: vBSEO CP -> URL Rewrite Settings -> Forum URLs

We advise you to choose a preset rather than making customizations yourself. If you still want to make a custom string, head over the 'Advanced Settings' tab and find the 'Thread URLs -> Thread' setting.

As Mert advised, make sure you don't miss the [thread_id] variable.
