There is one particular discussion on my forums that I don't want to delete, but would rather not have in Google? Is there an easy way to remove it?
You can add it to your robots.txt exclusion list like:

next time they index you, they won't be able to see it. it will move to supplemental results.
after so many tries in supplmental results, it will be removed from the index.
For me is more easy this way
