How do I remove discussion thread from Google?

There is one particular discussion on my forums that I don't want to delete, but would rather not have in Google? Is there an easy way to remove it?

next time they index you, they won't be able to see it. it will move to supplemental results.
after so many tries in supplmental results, it will be removed from the index.

You could also remove URL's in Google Webmaster tools.
