How to Display Active Users for guests without links?

Hi there!

I'd like to display the active users list on forum home for guests without linked names. Often there are more than 100 users online which means 100 more links on the homepage; even those are nofollow I'd like to see no liks here. Think this will improve my SEO. Same for todays birthdays, if possible.

Hope we can find a solution together

Both display method is not good for SEO at all. I advise you to display them to members only.

Sure, both are not perfect for SEO but I think the combination of show it + without links is good in the way that people see that this forum has an active community and on the other side, there are less links. In other words, thanks for your advice, but I'd like to implement my idea

Any idea how to do that? Could vBSEO help me with that?

Maybe I just need to edit the vB templates and work with conditions; I'll try this.

I solved the problem with an else-if statement and deleted the link in the names. Still I have a large li list, but just 100 instead of 200 links on the homepage.
