Here is a challenge for you - already 40K-50K unique visits per day, how do I get bigger?

as you can see, vBSEO forums can't display non English characters so my titles got gibberished, sorry.

I've been thinking about using vBSEO for a long time, I'm a owner of an Hebrew forum, and was afraid about performance \ language issues.

I've bought vBSEO yesterday and upgraded to vB4 (which was hell).

4.5M posts with 450K threads 195K users.
we transfered a domain 2-3 years ago from פורו� �טרף - קהילות פורומי�, הורדות, יעוץ ותמיכה.

Our idea is to use the CMS and become a content provider and not just a forum, we have a lot of great stuff to publish, about Gadgets, Cells', Web, Support etc and I'm still thinking on the best way of doing that.

our bounce rate is high, about 54% with 40k-50k unique visits per day.. 85% of the traffic is from google.

My Idea is to open up sections and link them from the upper navbar as content sections, without using the Main which I don't need.

Our index will display the forum, and in the upper part there will be a slider with new articles from the sections, we are aiming for 4-5 sections.

I've been doing a lot of work in terms of SEO, I don't think that changing the urls in showthreads will have a big impact, for start I'm going to use that for the blogs and cms.

I've seen a few threads here that can make my life easier, I was analyzing google analytics by my self, picking the first 250 top phrases that gives us traffic, I was looking for phrases with high bounce rate and guided the moderators to improve those threads and then reduced our bounce rate, which is a major thing in SEO.

after upgrading to vBSEO and changing the whole design our bounce rate decreased to 50%.. (well I must give it time..)

my problem is that we used to have 1M+ indexed pages in google..(when checking with site:פורו� �טרף - קהילות פורומי�, הורדות, יעוץ ותמיכה) and for some unknown reason that decreased to 450K indexed pages, in the last month we lost some traffic, and I'm going to get it back .

I'm getting traffic from 22K~ phrases per day from google, most of them are long tail.

What would you do instead of me? what tips do you have for me (vBSEO stuff)?

by the webmaster tools I've sent 1.3M urls with my sitemaps, 880K of them are indexed.

after changing the sitemap configuration, I have 500K pages that I'm sending to google, lets see how it goes it can be good or bad..

I'm hoping to get some advices for growing, I have a lot of content, and the cms content we're going to post is very professional.

I know that my site is in Hebrew and RTL, so it's hard to understand anything, but I'll be happy to explain anything you need.

I was talking about vbseo.com forums, you are not displaying utf8, my forum it utf8 encoded.
it's working fine in my forum (the title-hyperlink)

well, I had more then 1M indexed pages in google when doing site:www.iatraf.co.il, and now I have about 500K.
I've lost something like 10K visits in the last few months, I haven't installed vBSEO yet, I'm waiting for a few recommendations about what exactly to do in my case, I don't want to use the dynamic urls for my threads \ forums, I'll use it just for the CMS \ blogs, what other things should I enable in my threads \ forums to get more traffic \ power to my inner pages?

If you want to get more traffic let vBSEO rewrite all of your forum URLs, Note that vBSEO Will redirect all the old links 301 to the new vBSEO'ed URLs so you will not get any died links.
site:domain.com now is not accurate and you can ignore it, The only important thing does your traffic decreased ? That what will answer the question if your indexed pages has removed from Google or not.

yes, my traffic has decreased, we had about 50K unique steady and now we're on 40~ for a few weeks.. can't figure it out.
