Help! I have a million trackbacks to validate!

Okay. I am BRAND new to this Trackbacks stuff. I've been reading about it for a few hours now.. In my vBCP, I see a WHOLE LOT of these in Moderate Ping/Trackbacks:

After that first one, the REST are all Google Searches... I suppose I should just delete that first one. Right? And the Google ones? How did they come about? I'm guessing this somehow happened automatically?

Pingback's are an automatic process. Whenever a user posts an extern link in a post, a pingback is made to the blog or site owning that link. You do not have to do anything. The ones that are succesfull you can delete, the ones that are not, you can send again and/or delete.

I'm not sure about the trackbacks from Google..
