What files in vBulletin 4.0.3 should not be set to 777 all access? I saw something on the internet that certain files should not have this access for security reasons. I want to make sure this is set properly.

You are not showing up as a licensed customer. Please open a support ticket with your payment email address, forum URL, and transactionid.

Oh ok. I probably should have stated that this was for a friend who owns a forum. He is the one with the license. I just simply help him while he works. Didn't know this forum did not help unless you had that info handy.

Please tell him if he have any questions he can only ask it with his licensed member.

Alternatively he can login and add you as a prioritized staff memeber, this will then allow you to receive support. I am afraid unless you are set as a priority support user or a licensed customer though we can not assist you.
