    Angry Have you paid for an install and never got it?

    I have paid vBSEO for an upgrade install, but several days later and many, many support tickets later I have still not received this install nor any explanation as to why they have not provided the service for which I have paid.

    I can prove I have paid, for this. I can prove I have passed over all relevant details.

    Anyone else have this problem?

    Hello Marge,

    I see that you have opened four different tickets, and all of them have been responded to by one of us techs, but you have not replied back with the required information. After that reply, we have not gotten any response back from you. Are you not getting our replies?

    I have just sent YOU an email, proving that I have forwarded the (I think) required info. But nobody is willing or able to tell me if this IS what they require.

    It appears we have some sort of issue with ticket updates from email replies, probably after the server migration earlier this week.

    I've asked our sysadmin to take a look at the issue. I expect it be resolved soon. In the meantime, please do make sure you update tickets using the ticket system rather than responding to ticket emails.

    Again, our apologies for this inconvenience, we strive to complete installs as quickly as possible after the required information has been submitted.

    I got it, thank you.

    I would like to say to everyone, that though we had a bit of a hick-up with the planned install, I have received a refund in apology for the delayed work. Once the mistake was noticed, the install was completed immediately.

    I am totally satisfied with this and hope the matter is now closed.
