Google - Indexed pages in your site

Hello Everyone,

I have a few questions for everyone, especially SEO masters.

Background on my site....

• I recently moved my site from a shared server to a VPS.
• Since the move, my site's "Indexed pages" has decreased dramatically and continue to decrease.
• My site is updated everyday by members posting new material which is then updated on my site's front (CMPS) page.
• Google receives a new sitemap from me weekly.
• I have lots of linkbacks.

Question #1

Could this have something to do with the move from a shared server to a VPS? If so, what can I do to correct this issue here?

I have about 100+ domains (that I own) currently pointed to my main domain. See expandable footer.

Question #2

What can I be doing with these 100+ domains to help boost my sites ranking in Google and increase my indexed pages in Google?

I still want to point them to my main site in some respect and as I do not want to host each domain as a site. That would be way to much work updating them all the time with new info.

Is there a service or someone that you would recommend that could look over my site and help me correct some of my SEO issues because I'm about to pull my hair out over this.

1) Did you have a lot of downtime during the move?

2) are the extra domains parked and 301'ed? if not, change that IMMEDIATELY.

3) I do this type of work, unfortunately, i'm booked through till next week at this point.

#1. downtime was a couple hours if that.

#2. I am not sure how to 301 domains. I am pretty sure that I have to use a .htaccess file, but since the move I can't get that file to work so I'm not using one right now.

#3. I trust you because you have always been very helpful. Please let me know when you are available.

Maybe you can tell me about how to 301 all the other domains and then we can do something next week when your schedule is open.
