Google indexed pages not much to brag about.

My site has been online for 2yrs and been running vB SEO for a few weeks now.. When I Google my site Local Race Chat.com I only get 782 pages..

Is this normal? I was thinking that vB SEO would help increase this.

Now that vBSEO is installed, I'm sure you will see more progress.

Be sure to install our vBSEO Sitemap 2.0 (if you haven't already).

I suggest you track organically referred traffic as opposed to SERPS.

He means check your stats, if more traffic is coming from Google since vBSEO than you know its working better than not having vBSEO.

When you install vBSEO ALL your urls change from .php to pretty ones with keywords in them.

Google sees this and drops all you current indexed pages and starts to re-index.

Thats why they drop, but, they will go up again.

So you need to give it a bit more than two weeks mate, after all it took you 2 years to get to your pre vBSEO index numbers.

I've installed vBSEO but did not know I needed to install a sitemap 2.0, does anyone know what to do with this.

    That is not a "must-have" afaik ...

I do not have installed the generator, because some users said, that they made negative experiences with it.
It is recommended to use the plugin?

My vBulletin works with vBSEO since three months.
