Okay... but what seems to be the problem? Is this common with google? Other search engines are increasing my index pages. Also I noticed that google tends to view the forum index but not the threads.
All search engines have different crawling, indexing, and ranking algorithms. This accounts for the different activity you see between the various crawlers, and, therefore, also for your forum's position in the SERPs on each for a variety of keywords.
On top of that, each search engine is constantly working to improve its processes, and testing may occur in real time among the many different data centers they have processing user search queries.
For this reason, you will always see fluctuations. With Google, it can sometimes be alarming since fluctuations may be quite large.
