It's a new search algorythm/tool. I haven't seen it in any substantial use to warrant much effort into learning it yet.

I heard Caffeine is now in action/LIVE. Age of the website is being highly significant.
Anyone noticed any changes? I've seen some of my older sites moved up searching for some keywords i track.

Oh while reading about this new development I found this and want to share it with you:

I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary. No bumps, no dips. I guess that's both good and bad at the same time :X

The main difference I see is that two factors are now stronger than they were before:

Domain name (a signicant advantage for keyword domains)
Site age (Mind you, not necessarily domain age!)

Google has been indexing a lot lately on my site - that's always a good sign.

Because all is messed up, at least it seems so to me,
in google.com if i do site:mysite I get only 425 results, while my google webmaster tools tell me over 8000 pages are indexed
and google uk shows over 9000 pages are indexed from my site.

I checked my options in google.com I do not have cheched latest results or so, I have it set to all results,
I do get this odd results also for other webistes, a big forum which has normally 160K pages indexed, I see only 9K in my results

All is very odd, and messy.
Maybe this is the reason we do not hear anything nomore about the latest updates from google?

This caffeine deal is pretty bad. I had 120K pages on their index and now I have less than 10K in a period of two months. Barely get any visitors from thousands of day. Google is really unstable. I guess Facebook has them nervous with their latest happenings. Google admitted Facebook is a major threat lately. Facebook is the talk of the web now.
