Question General SEO question

Apologies if this is the improper forum, but it's not strictly vBSEO related, so I figured it would best belong here.

I'm using a few online SEO tools to check my site. The one in question right now is:

SEO Workers - Search Engine Optimization Analysis Tool

The example on how my site will appear in a search is as follows:

Quote:
Sevenstring.org - The Seven String Guitar Authority.
Sevenstring.org - The Seven String Guitar Authority. Sevenstring.org User Name Remember Me? Password Register Rules Members Site Features Mark Forums Read Log i...
h t t p ://www.sevenstring.org
My concern is that the navbar menu options are being parsed first - thingsl ike "Remember Me? Password, Register, Rules" etc. I'm new to the SEO game so I apologize if this is a silly question, but wouldn't I be better off having more relevant text displayed in the "beginning" section of my site, instead of the menu options?

Cheers!

- Chris

Also (and again, another newbie question) using the tools here:

Read SEOmoz, Rank Better | Internet Marketing & SEO

My page apparently isn't indexed in Yahoo at all, though I constantly have 200+ (#@$@#) slurp spiders on daily. I have my sitemaps submitted, why aren't they likin' me?
