Forum Archive Ranks higher than forum homepage in Yahoo

Hello,

I've installed VBSEO on my pet forum (Pet Forums Community - UK Pet Owners Community Forum for Dogs, Cats and other Pets) and in yahoo my sites archive ranks higher than my homepage for its main search term 'Pet Forums', its currently number 5, please view results here :

Is there something im doing wrong??

With vbseo, the archive should be turned off and disabled IMO.

it's just dupe content and a hackjob that vB put together because their url structures weren't ranking.

Do you turn off your archive on your forums? I'm new to vbulletin, How do you do this?

yup, mine are off.

in the vB ACP under general options, there's an archive setting group. you can turn it off in there.

and then, be sure to set up a custom 404 page.
Create a Custom vBulletin "404 Page Not Found" Page, and direct vBSEO to use it.
