Follow or no follow my 2nd site

So, i have the site A which is a forum and i have site B which is a wiki, on different domains. Me and my members use really much a special bbcode to link to various articles of the wiki.

My question is, which would be better: having follow or no follow on my wiki domain? Having so many links to the wiki site makes me think that it would cause something with the seo go wrong.

I would leave them followed. I have at least 300k links to ebay and i have never been penalized for it.
