A few questions about Meta tags and titles

I just set up vbseo and can't wait to see how much it helps by traffic. I have a few questions to best optimize my pages. I'll use this link as an example:

Buy Buy Baby - Prenatal Yoga Center

1. Title Tag - Currently the name of my forum is not in my title tag. It only says
Quote:
Buy Buy Baby - Prenatal Yoga Center
.

Wouldn't it be better if is said

Quote:
Buy Buy Baby -Baby Clothing - Prenatal Yoga Center
Is it possible to do this with vbseo?

2. Meta Keywords - This listing says the following keywords.

Quote:
Buy,Buy,Baby,Buy Buy Baby, Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Mommy < Me Yoga, Infant Massage, Music For Babies, New Moms Support Group, Moms-to-Be Support Group, New York City, Manhattan, Upper West Side, UWS, Infant Massage, Breastfeeding, Child Safety, Yoga, Spirituality, Birth, Baby, Kids Yoga, OBGYN, Expert Advice, Pregnancy Advice
First off, it duplicates the title of the post. Buy Buy Baby is written twice. I only need it once (don't want to get penalized in anyway). Also it tags on all my keywords from my vbulletin options setting. Should I reduce or delete these now that I have vbseo installed?

3. What is the difference between the Relevant Replacement Feature and just enabling forum description from the vb options? Seems like the same thing to me.
