    Enable crawling of showpost?

Currently I have "nofollow" on my showpost pages. I do this because I don`t want pr to leak from my threads. But let`s say I did, I would have 300.000 more pages included in google. Some years back I remember talk about more authority when one has more pages included. But I`m not really sure. Has anyone here put some thought into this?

Of course having more pages indexed can give the impression of a larger, more active community with more content but unless you are ranking those threads highly for their relevant keywords then you arent gaining anything from it.

IMO, try to look beyond the "300,000 more pages indexed" concept.

You are correct about the concept of authority though. However, greater authority comes from a large number of sites linking to your urls. Specifically, this authority is exemplified when they all link to the same url, not various links to different permutations of the same url, or the same content.

Getting a bot to crawl a few hundred thousand, or several million pages, is not very difficult. The showpost pages contain the same content as your showthread pages. My recommendation is to keep them out of the SERPs. Let your best content stand out. One great thread url listing is worth more than 100,000 showpost pages. Also, be wary of duplicate content penalties.

The bandwidth consumed by bots crawling your showposts will probably cost more than the resultant rank increase.
