vBSEO doesn't modify <title> tags on your pages, so it's not vBSEO-related.

You can modify the title of one of those threads to avoid duplicate title reports.

You can modify SHOWTHREAD template for that. However, looks like in this case thread titles are exactly the same in both threads - it is normal to have the same titles in such a case.
