About LinkBacksI have vbseo installed on my website, do you think eaccelerator will help it out or hurt it, I know vbseo is supposed to do what eaccelerator does I guess....wasnt sure if it would help or hurt my site by installing it??

No, vBseo is not suppose to do what eAccelerator does.Both are completely different.
Though eAccelerator or any php cache ( APC, xCache ) will help.
