Duplicate terms in page title

In my video section, I have it to that the name of the category ( performer ) is placed in front of each video's title. However, my member sometimes include the name of the performer in the title themselves resulting in a duplicate term in the title.

Example: Randall Wong - Randall Wong, Hasse: Pupillete, Vezzosette, from Cleofide.

What do you think about this? Should I stop having the name of performer automatically added in front of the title?

How commonly does that occur? You could probably develop a plugin that would help prevent the duplicate category name in cases whether the user enters it into the title.

Yes It'd be best if I could do that. It occurs quite frequently. Sometimes people write the full name, sometimes just the last name.

i would change the title to
Randall Wong Videos - Randall Wong, Hasse: Pupillete, Vezzosette, from Cleofide.

just adding videos splits it up pretty nicely
