I like your "Not available for work" Rob. I kinda know the feeling.

Unfortunately, without an increased level of participation within the pingback and trackback implementation scheme you'll end up exhausting a possible list of "trackback" buddies. Thus meaning you are sort of restricted with regards to how you can increase your external linkbacks.

Yeah.... 3- 4 am nights have been the norm lately.... I'll be changing my status in a few days though..

I have noticed that so far all the trackbacks that I have sent end up having rel="nofollow" added to my link on their site.

I do not see how this is suppose to help me as it seems all blogs us rel="nofollow" on this type of stuff
