oops.. you underestimated vbseo, dear underestimated !

On the technical side, vbseo is enough for taking care of your seo. But yes, you need content as that is the key for seo.

If you do not already have it, I would suggest the sitemap generator from vBSEO as well.

I have everything that vBSEO have to offer. But as far as I see it, I think we need more work too. Its not that you install vBSEO and thats it RITE?

I started my forum in 2006 and from the day i got vBulletin same day I got vBSEO.

You should certainly keep creating great content, get linking opportunities, always do reviews to see if their is anything you overlooked or new to improve, and keep pushing forward with general marketing as well.

    vbseo does the hard stuff.

The rest is easy stuff in comparison, but can be just as important.

    • proper templates.
The stock vb template is NOT seo friendly. Unfortunately, with 4.0 around the corner, it's not really cost-effective to touch it at this point in time.
    • Headings and semantic structure elements
If you don't have Hx tags on your template, you should. Create a logical outline, as that is their intention.
    • Content titles
be active in editing your thread titles. "Help me!!" won't get you indexed. Change it to "XYZ doesn't do 123" (or whatever the content describes) and you have way better odds.
    • Your homepage (friends korner) isn't helping. It's all images. Get some keyword content on there. I also don't like that everything opens in a new window.
