    Do support tickets get answered?

    Hey I was just wondering if support tickets got answered on this website? I posted one about an hour and a half ago after I installed vbSeo as the links after i install come up correctly:
    http://www.mysite.com/Cricket/

    However all it does is loads the home page and no images show up so have asked for help and no one seems to answer? So does anyone on these forums have any ideas how to fix it?

    I am asking this here as I can not do anything at all on my forums until this is fixed

    Definitely all tickets do get answered. I don't know exaclty how long you've been waiting for a response, but shouldn't be long until someone from the tech support team gets back to you.

    In the meantime, I suggest you look into each of the troubleshooting items in the txt file included in the download package.

    Yeah I suppose it's only been close to 4 hours now and when someone can not work on there forums until it is fixed it is a long time to wait - - -

    - - - I have read all of the troubleshooting and will wait for help if it comes

    Hi Brendon,

    We would recommend that you un-install rather than wait to resolve issues. Although our support is very fast by Web standards, sometimes responding as quickly as 15 minutes when the full vBSEO Total Support Team is available, we cannot guarantee an immediate response.

    One other important note is: We have been having trouble with our current DeskPro ticketing system. There is a major usability issue when submitting tickets. Many users do not realize that there is one final step required to complete the ticket.

    Do you have your ticket ID available so that we can check to ensure yours was completed? If staff already responded, then this is not required.

    Apologies for the delay so far. We hope to have you up and running ASAP.
