Cms vBulletin - Advice Please

In according to you, to improve the power and the indexed of a vBulletin Forum, is better has an Static or Dynamic Portal?

Sincerely, I am just confused, I don't know if search engines, Google, prefer an static portal, made with php or html (as Giorgiotave.it), famous web site italian on SEO tips and tricks, or use other CMS as vBadvanced, easy integrate with vBulletin, easy to update it everydays with last topic, reply, tags from Forum, or Wordpress, Joomla.

Between a static portal php and a vBavanced portal for example, what do you choose and why?

I don't like vba, as it simply duplicates whats already in the forum anyway. I see 0 point to it at all.

I don't love the design and graphic of vBa, but actually it is the more CMS easy integrate with vBulletin...to show without difficulty, last news, topics, members, to show poll.

I like much Wordpress, Joomla, but they are not easy integrate with vB, and I don't want install third applications, bridge or other mods and modify Database of Forum.

Therefore...I was confused if create a static portal or use vBa
