CMS or Forums?

I'm wondering, should I use vbCMS or Forums for tutorials, the CMS seems to miss a lot of features that the forums has and less compatibility, what do you recommend me?

It's up to you. The CMS will get better in time. And there is always the "promote to article" button. So, perhaps keep it in the forum until the CMS is ready for what you need.
