Changing Forum Names

I have been focussing on SEO a bit this week and I was wondering if some of my forum names might benefit by having some keywords within them. Presently my URLs are like so

http: //www.nysite.co.uk/naff-forum-name/28803-post-title.html

If I were to change my forum titles my urls would change to

http: //www.nysite.co.uk/Keyword-Rich-Forum-Name/28803-post-title.html

My question is would it make a difference to get keywords in the forum names and would I take a Serps hit on the zillions of urls already indexed with the naff forum names.

If you are indexed already, i would highly suggest not doing this.

I wouldn't advise you to change established forum names
