    Question Cannot renew license and download?

    Hi,

    I don't know whether am I posting in the correct column.

    I hv logged into my account and tried to renew my license and download the lastest version 3.3.

    But I am always being directed back to my "edit personal profile" page.

    The support staff asked me to key in required details but I have already keyed in every necessary details since day 1 I procured the vBSEO.

    Anyone could kindly advice me? Million thanks.

    Hi Michael,

    I have save the settings and had tried everything like clicking on "You have 1 license(s) expired" and "download" links, everytime it will direct me to the personal profile page.
