Can I target forum/section to a certain country ??

Hi there,

I have some section which have been created for a certain country. Is it possible to target this country in Google webmaster tool ?

for example:
forum URL: http://www.domain/
Geo targeting: world wide

forum section URL: http://www.domain.com/f1/
Geo targeting: India

I have tried to do that using google webmaster tool, and it has accept the changing I made but I am afraid that will apply the Geo to all the forum sections not only the section (folder) I need only to target a certain country for.

Please advice me

If someone has some input I would like to know as well since I have sections for australia, uk, south america, canada, etc...
