Most likely others have thought about the best wording for a title of a forum. What is your opinion for determining the best title? How do you make sure you are not stuffing the title with keywords? Do you use full sentences or keep the title short with a phrase, or maybe a word or two? Are you changing the FORUMDISPLAY title in vb or using the admincp?

PS. I am asking because I have a forum in which Google returned as #13 but after vbseo installed, the site dropped to 23-25. The traffic continues to increase because of other keywords but it would be nice to figure out how to get the site back to the top 20 in the main keyword.
