Basic: Turning ON the Like Feature

Hello!
I feel... like a total n00b asking this::
Where do you "turn ON" the Like feature?

I just upgraded to vBSEO 3.6.0 RC2
All went smoothly... yet, ...
Where do I turn it ON?

Sorry for the ultra-basic, super-n00b question... maybe it's the time (late over here).

General settings -> Likes System

It completely flew over my head last night that setting.
I looked probably a dozen times, yet... didn't "notice" it.

Quick question:
When I visited vBSEO CP >> General Settings >> Likes System
All the settings were already set to "Yes".
Here's a screen shot:

When I visit a forum post, I don't see the "Like | Share" links on the hover-over of the mouse.
Here's a screen shot:

(( the mouse cursor isn't showing on the screen shot, yet I was sure to have it over the post text ))
This was done when logged in as an Administrator account in FireFox.
Also tried a Registered User account in IE, yet it didn't come up.

I have installed on the board the following plugin/products:

What else could I check?
Maybe there's something in conflict?
Should I try dis-abling all the plugins/products, and then checking if it works out?

PS: Although in the vBSEO CP it says:

Your config.xml is writable. Don't forget to update permissions after you finish updating the configuration for security purposes.

In reality, the file is CHMOD to 444, yet it still displays that message.
I CHMOD to 644 previously, and the message still came up.
Yet I can confirm it's on 444... so I believe everything is alright.

Ok, I figured it out.

I feel 2x as dumb now, yet I think it's important to update on "why" it wasn't working.
Both for vBSEO's Staff benefit, and other members looking into this thread:

Simple:
I completely forgot to "Add/Import" the crawlability_vbseo_vb4.xml file!
Sheeshh!
Clearly, at 1 in the morning... my brain is not working correctly.

I uploaded that, and now the Like | Share links appear in all the posts.

SIDE-NOTE:
I am playing around the vBSEO Search Engine XML Sitemap
I gave Google Webmaster Tools the address for the new site map, and it downloaded it superbly.
All is good.

Yet I clicked on the link for Submit Sitemap to Bling, and Bling came back saying:

That web page doesn't exist.
Let's see if we can help you find what you are looking for.

Yes, this is a known issue. Bing moved their url.... and didn't 301 it properly
