Somehow my site is getting listed on spam site urls like

<a whole lot of spammy sites - removed by Ace. Please don't advertise for them here. >

Will this effect serps? if yes, how do i nullify the effect ?

I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's out of your hands, and google knows this.

Most likely, they are using your RSS feeds. Be sure to monitor them

I've removed the links from your post.. if you don't like them on your site, imagine how we feel about them.

I had no intention of advertising them @ ACE.
