Backlink Spam How To Fight?

Hello guys; Have a bit of an issue


Back in March we received the dreaded notice "Notice of Suspected Hacking". We went through extensive checks with several vendors but couldn't find anything wrong with our site.However we discovered the Google is indexing a lot of back link spam coming from a variety of hacked sites and re-directing to bogus/non-existing links on our website.

For example this hacked site http://www.babycribsdiscount.com/da/...-crib-set.html
has a cloaked link ( visible under Page source)
which links to bogus link on our website: http://freebiesrgreat.com/outerwear-...d-tail-lights/

Google is also indexing a tons of other bogus URLs like these and penalizing us in the process:

How can we remove these from index and how can we fight the backlink spam, if even possible? Thoughts?

Just because there's a back link, doesn't mean that url is in any index.

Frankly, there's nothing you can do. It's out of your control as its on a 3rd party site. Contacting the other site owner may be the best way to go about this.
