Article Script to work with vbulletin + vbseo

I need to setup an article script for my forums, we have lots of articles related to my site topic (more then 1000 articles which will be written in more then 100 categories and sub-categories.

Should i go for GARS ?
What are advantages of using gars as a tutorial site or articles site ?
I checked there website but cannot understand anything about this product

Does gars support a custom article publishing module (like blogs, where author can write the complete article but setup a future date to make that article readable/viewable to public) ?

It integrates seamlessly with vBSEO, so you have all vBSEO options available for your articles (linkbacks, acronym expansion, relevant replacements, etc. etc.
