Question any possible tweaks or modifications for vbulletin archive
I have a chit-chat (off-topic) forum which has highest threads (more then 15000 threads) is there a way to optimize the vbulletin archive (like vbulletin version 2.x archive), which can enable less no. of threads on archive pages ?

the number of threads per page in archive is defined in vB admincp->Options->Search Engine Friendly Archive

I am aware about the same, but is there any hack which can make only 100 links displayed for a forum which contains more then 5000 threads ?

If you change that setting to 100, it will ony show 100 links per page. Do you mean something else?

Yes, if I am setting up 100 links per page, it makes

5000 topic links / 100 links per page = 500 additional page links
500 page links + 100 topic = 600 links which appear on all the pages.

do you get the problem now ?

i saw changes made on few forums but now no more there. if someone has a solution for this it would be great.
