Any ideas for improving the page rank of this page?

I have split some content off my main forum page and onto a second forumhome.

Older read-only content can be found here as well as links and blogs. But, despite the fact that stuff I add here is indexed very quickly, the page has a page rank of 0.

Do you have any ideas for improving the rank of this page?

Vbulletin is actually a good keyword for one small niche of my site. I have a small premium support forum for my mods, and I actually pull in some paying subscribers from google. So, I just left it alone.

Server was offline when I tried.

IMO the best way to get a fast pr boost is to have a small amount outgoing links and 1 very good incoming for example a famous directory or site that is related with topics on your site.
Otherwise get a link to that page in the header and footer of all pages with different anchor text, if you haven't already.

Does the page rank well in SE? Maybe it's just no visible pr, temporary.

I'm not sure what you tried already, so hope this helps.
