After installing VBSeo

Hello,

This has been probably been discussed earlier so please point me in the right direction as I couldn't find any information in the readme.

Is there anything you need to do with Google/etc after enabling vbseo on your site apart from submitting an updated sitemap? How google knows when to remove the old urls and change them with new? What will happen with google cached data?

Thanks for that but that only says general information about the sitemap.

If you have installed the sitemap, and tested your site to ensure you are happy with the rewritten URLs, and submitted the sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools, then no, not as far as I am aware.

Do you know approximately how long it takes to google to remove the old links and replace them with the new?

Seconds. Hours. Days. Weeks. Months? Probably not months, but every site is different.

ie: if I have a site that gets very infrequent traffic, I wouldn't expect Google to update all their cached links in a quick period of time.

It should be faster, given you are using the vBSEO Sitemap Generator.
