    Adding Language Packs

You guys think adding Language Packs would help with SEO traffic ? Its the first time i've seen it included as default in VB4.

I'm wondering if its possible to have the forums show up automatically in a particular country's language...so that even when they post, the posts We see, will still be in English.

The language paks only translate the vb functions/phrases, not the post contents.

There are mods for this, but we do not recommend them.

I think it should be looked into though... if we could get people from...for example from : China - India , etc to read and post on our forums in their own language....that could be big.

Maybe another thing vbSEO could implement to gain more popularity in the future? I don't think the tweetboard thing was too huge.

But to be able to SEO our forums in other languages and other countries / search engines could be big.

They would never know its originally an English forum , since it would appear in their own language when clicking on it from the search engine.

awesome...thx. Wish I would of known about it earlier.

Anybody here try it yet ?

EDIT: The instructions seems all over the place with that plugin...and even require edits to the default vbSEO .htaccess file. It would be nice if you guys could just buy them out and incorporate it into vbSEO if possible.

In all honesty, we want nothing to do with anything relating to these types of mods. The concept is good, but it is not a proven strategy, and the automated translation quality is very low

I hear the translation quality is ok so far. Plus , its a very new plugin & already got Winner of the Month award...plus, i'm sure the translations will only improve with newer updates.

I even promo'd you guys a tad with my first post there -
